Bread – yes bread!

Well after almost 2 weeks of salads and meat and veggie I decided to branch out and try some more complicated recipes and I was missing bread so after a scour on Dr Google I decided to try ‘Ultimate Keto Buns’ from ketodietapp.com

As per the instructions I weighed all my ingredients and got them in the oven quick and well if I do say so myself they turned out fantastic. It is great to have bread back in my life I even had a piece toasted with peanut butter for breakfast.

As I made it I know exactly what went in it so feel good about eating it. I have frozen half of  it as I won’t eat it all before it goes stale but now there is a burger bun in the freezer next time I need a fix. Try it out it’s delicious and holds together well.
