I made some blueberry and lemon muffins they are super delicious still needing sweet stuff as I try and coast down off carb mountain. It’s all about the choices, feeling too lazy to prepare anything but grabbed a good choice. So while I was eating carbs in USA on holiday I believed I was gaining weight exponentially but when I got back my waist measurement hasn’t changed in fact it’s gone down a centimetre. My mind still needs a lot of work to find some middle ground.
